Additionally, BOTH parties will usually not<\/strong>\u00a0achieve beneficial outcomes that they<\/b> BOTH<\/strong> believe are fair and just when a separation agreement is negotiated through lawyers in a typical law suit (litigation) context.\u00a0 And it’s usually worse<\/em><\/span> when a judge is asked to make those decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Steve has moved away from the traditional divorce law suit model and now focuses on\u00a0Divorce Mediation<\/strong>\u00a0as well as Collaborative Law<\/strong> as a method to compassionately\u00a0\u201cintegrate the power of peacemaking with the practice of law\u201d to facilitate discussion of his clients\u2019 concerns and wishes in a non-argumentative manner to help those in challenging circumstances evaluate and work through decisions to avoid relational and financial regrets \u2014 whether in divorce mediation or marriage restoration.\u00a0 (A female co-counselor is present during mediation and\/or restoration sessions.)<\/del><\/span><\/p>\n
